What makes a good location?

This is a remote Island in Denmark where my mum was born. I’ve wanted to shoot there for years and finally managed to make it happen. It’s easily my new favorite location and I’m ready to go back.
Generally a good location has many options for backdrops, so we can get variety for your gallery. It has lovely light, offering both shard and bright areas. Ideally somewhere with elements for kids to interact with, like things to climb on and areas to explore. A beach ticks all those boxes, as long as you go either morning or later in the afternoon.
Kids are brilliant outside, lots of space, undivided attention from their parents, it’s a total winner – they will come away full of lovely memories!
